The Non-Consumptive Subcommittee was established to help the roundtable develop a non-consumptive needs assessment for the Colorado River Basin. This subcommittee interfaces with the state’s technical assistance team in executing a strategy for non-consumptive needs assessments and makes recommendations to the full roundtable.
