The By-laws Subcommittee was formed in early 2006 to develop a set of by-laws for the Arkansas Basin Roundtable. Their by-laws outline the Basin Roundtable’s goals, objectives, and operating procedures.

The full roundtable adopted the subcommittee’s recommended by-laws on March 8, 2006. Since then, the subcommittee has convened on an as needed basis to amend the by-laws.
